Question by Phenomenal 1 sXe: What are YOUR thoughts on Gabe Sapolsky opening his own wrestling promotion EVOLVE?
I guess reportedly it’s gonna open January 2010 but on the website it looks like they’re gonna finally update the page or something tomorrow. He’s opening up this promotion alongside with Davey Richards. Your thoughts?

This looks like it will be a Sister Promotion to Dragon Gate and will have some of hte same wrestlers and will probably run shows in the Northeast when Dragon Gate is not running shows in Chicago and Philadelphia.

I’m interested to see on how this new promotion is going to play out. I think Gabe’s reasoning behind starting this new promotion is so he can do things his way without any restrictions and knowing Gabe from his days booking in ROH he has always gone out of his way to provide the best wrestling possible for his audience so i fully expect to be satisfied by what i see from EVOLVE when it debuts going to be interesting to see what kinda talent Gabe brings in for this new company.
