how can i get rid of my suicidal thoughts and to at least stop cutting so much, not even completely just not as much so i can have a freaking life.

You cut because you want control in your life. Control your emotions rather then letting them control you.

well just act like you r putting up your hair and then your cuts will show and then they can ask abou t them and you can get help. you really need it no one should live there live like that. good luck

There is no such thing as “sometimes cutting”. Get yourself some professional help. You are certainly aware you need it so what is the hold up?

I had suicide thoughts almost 24/7 for a while.
I don’t have them much anymore.
I’m depressed though.
just wait it out.

okk well think about the possitive things in life that should help. And thing of how ur lucky unlike other people who have nothing and u have what u want so just think of good things about u and not bad ones i hope this helped :]

First off, you should talk to someone about your thoughts and feelings.
And I don’t mean listen to music and think someone understands you- I mean go check in with your school counselor or something. Maybe even just talk to a friend you TRUST to make good decisions and give decent adivce..
Also, you really should just sit them down and tell your parents that you cut and that you need help. Ask them to guide you to a safer lifestyle and make you feel more comfortable and content with your life. If you don’t think you can brave this, maybe get a friend to help you and be with you when you talk to your parents. Either way, you really should just say it so they feel they can trust you and vice versa.

go to counseling and church. i used to have those thoughts too. keep yourself surrounded by people for a couple of weeks until things start getting better. and trust me, they will. you may feel like you are overwhelmed, but its only temporary. i can suggest loking up the number to RESPONSE hotline. they help people who just need to talk. its free and confidential. give them a call and they can help you out.

Find a different way to control your life. Find a different way to express yourself… tahts all i can say. i was spared the even idea of cutting myself. just teh thought of it makes me want to puke or cry. i cringe at the sight of a knife. as for teh suicidal thoughts… they might take a while. just tell yourself, your life is worth living. i bet you could find at LEAST 10 people taht lives u’ve changed.10 people who’d cry uncontrolable if you died. 10 people whos live syou’ll change latter on.You were meant to stay living… you have a reason. you might save a life later on. if you die now, then so will that life. do you want otehrs to die for your suicide? I fight depression by making myself regret my thoughts… realize the reality. tell myself how selfish i am being. i feel selfish and unworthy but no londer depressed. and id take selfishness over depression anyday. mostly because any small deed of goodness that i do removes that selfish feeling for the day. it makle me strive to be better. deserve life.
