PLEASE RESPONDED TO THIS! im 16 and i been working out for my hole summer and fall i use to weight 160 now 134 and half and almost got a six pack. i have a great diet with alot of nutriets/proteins ect ! but i do cardio/weights exercises for 1-2 hours 4 times a week. i gain alot muscle but any ideas of stoping gaining muscle? i know u cant stop it but anyway of slowering it down? oyea if your wondering i dont look like bodybuilder lol

@wantingriches789 Great plan! Start making one to two healthy food choice changes a day or even a week…eventually they will all add and you will be eating better. Regarding your exercise, I can’t make specific suggestions because I do not know your current fitness level…I would say, start by walking everyday and get clearance from your physician after that follow along with our show

@suukyiyakee Well, I would always suggest getting checked by a doctor…right away, what comes to my mind, is low blood pressure or blood sugar. Are you eating enough or have you had your blood pressure checked? Be well. Alycia

I just run 10 Km…exausted, consistency is what people need, nothing is going to happen overnight.
I don’t watch TV because it sucks *****
I write down my food
Breaksfast, for 5 years of highschool, because i was living out of town and had to take the bus at 6am, NEVER had breakfast, I MEAN NEVER. Bad. Now i eat 6 times a day. lost over 10Kg.
