I have no idea how you feel, but, maybe you should try thinking of the good times in your life.

Are you on anti-depressants? They really really help. They should be free at your local county mental health department. Also call your local suicide hotline.

Thinking about things like that is normal at different times in our lives, it is the acting on things like that you want to try to get help for. Please call your local behavioral health center or social services medical facility for direction to a psychologist/psychiatrist who you can talk to. They can determine whether or not you are in need of medication or just therapy. And above anything else, please, please call 911 if things get too bad. Praying already, I pray things work out.

I am shocked that you have not already had hundreds of emails already. You should get help. Talk to anyone who will listen. Talk to your family, your friends, your doctor, a mental health specialist, your pastor Don’t do anything to harm yourself because you have plenty to live for. I have problems, everyone has problems but we need to deal with them. Please don’t harm yourself or anyone else because I really and truly believe that each and every one of us on this earth was created by God for a reason, we are all here to help one another until God alone decides when it is time for each of us to live in eternity with Him. My advice to you is when you look around and really see others who are in hospitals and suffering (for which there is a reason as well) you are here on this earth to find out what God’s will is for you and to be thankful for what you personally have, which is this life and to help someone when necessary because when you help someone else you really do feel better about yourself and maybe that person who you help was meant for you to be here to help them. I suspect that millions of people took their own life before finding out that these thoughts go away when you do something about them. Try to really care about yourself and care for someone else. There are people that have no jobs, like me, but you have one. I’m grateful so try to learn the art of gratefulness. Good luck and God bless. I’ll be praying for you.

Dude, talk to someone, a professional.
How can you really think you have no future? You said you have a job you hate, find another one…..at least you’re working, be proud of that, let your ego out.
Another thing to be proud of (kinda silly) is that you were the fastest, perhaps the healthiest sperm in the big race!
Speaking of which, do you really want to give up future orgasms?
I suggest changing what ever you can about your routine, I guarantee a difference!

This is disastrous.
You must list everything in your life that makes you happy. Any goals you wish to achieve and dreams you would like to come true.
You may think that nobody loves you, but this may be untrue as your thoughts might be clouded with depressing thoughts.
During times of suicide-thinking, then you need family or if no family you need to join a church or get a pet Or all three.
I’m an agnostic, but I think that a church is a great place to rehabilitate. There is no fee to join and people are open to making friends there.
Furthermore if you have weight issues or drug issues, you should go into rehab or join a program to fix those things.

Find a new job, and whether you see it or not, someone out there does love you. Start exercising regularly, get plenty of sleep, get some sunshine every day. You are here for a reason so don’t end yourself.

you are not alone in the world ,,, there are millions of people with bad jobs and people who have no one to love them…so what do you do besides feeling sorry for yourself go to a nursing home and volunteer with old people who have no one to love them either… or help with handy capped children …get involved with things to make you feel wonted and needed … and you will feel loved,,,,
